UX / UI Researcher / Strategist

This candidate spent 6–7 years at a digital agency where they worked their way up to Head of Product and Strategy in UX and UI. They contributed to business development and engaged closely with clients to understand their needs. They managed a team of eight made up of UI/UX designers, BAs, and strategists. They also worked at Microsoft in the UK in product integration before returning to New Zealand to look for a new UX role. They are open to contract work but ideally want a permanent position where they can take ownership and lead. They enjoy the app and web-app space, SaaS-based B2B work, CRM design, and problem-solving—particularly in UX research, testing, and workshopping. They are proficient in Figma.
