Digital Project Manager
Our client is a leader in the IT / software services, asset management / retail automation space, with over 20 years in operation. They are taking their IT system through a rebuild and are looking for a senior Project Manager to join their team, in a freelance, contract or permanent capacity. You will have good technical and development knowledge (prior hands on experience would be amazing, but not essential), and will have worked with major web SASS builds. UX/UI skills are also desirable, but not essential. Experience in php, MySQL, java / angular is beneficial. Working with a small inhouse team and pulling in contractors as required you will have strong team leadership skills, focused on delivery. Our client is a not for profit in the education sector. They are looking for a Group Manager – Business & Operations for a 5 month contract, commencing ASAP through to March 31st 2020. This role, reporting into the director, you will be responsible for managing and leading the multi-functional business innovation team, including MarComms, Service & Quality, Evaluation & Insights and Business Improvement functions. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will feed into the strategic direction as well as supporting the Director with forecasting, budgeting, measuring, reconciling and evaluating the financial health and overall portfolio. You will: • Define and measure goals, signals and metrics of products in collaboration with Product managers, Business Analysts, UX designers and Engineers • Design the data strategy for user engagement and behaviour and how it drives business value to our clients • Design and run quantitative experiments to optimise products based on behavioural data of users- Improve and iterate on the user experience of apps and services by generating and testing hypotheses • Drive change by communicating insights and experiment results with client-side stakeholders as well as internal leadership • Develop statistical models to understand customer behaviours. You will be someone who is comfortable with getting deep in data, while having the ability to zoom out and see the big picture. You are naturally intrigued by what makes people tick and how that manifests in user behavior. You will bring a good understanding of live testing methods - i.e. A/B testing, cohort analysis. Any knowledge of query languages like SQL and SumoLogic and knowledge of data analysis and visualisation software R, python or Excel would be amazing!
