They are looking for a best-in-class Bid Writer to deliver the non-Price attributes sections of strategic client tenders to join their team in a freelance capacity. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager and collaborating closely with the wider team sales team, you will have previous knowledge from other industries of what best in class submission documents are and will strive to continue evolving our bid documents to continue to ensure that they are exceeding the expectations of customers.  Work closely with key stakeholders across the business, including with the marketing team to ensure the design and layup of the document is professional and that messaging is clear, and images/infographics are on point. You will be confident in reviewing the non-Price elements of the bid opportunities requests to ensure they are understood, and responses exceed client expectations, and able to maintain all required current tender info including client documents, Notices to Tenders and final submission documents. With 3+ years' experience in a Tendering / Bid Writing role and basic bid coordination skills, you will of course be a strong copywriter with editorial skills.
