Design Director / Graphic Designer

A designer with 12 years of freelancing experience after teaching and is now looking for a more permanent position. They are open to relocating from Pukerua Bay, Wellington, and are eager to be part of a collaborative team again. Passionate about brand work, they especially enjoy rebrands, helping brands hit the market with strong visual identities, and rolling out all associated assets. As a brand specialist at heart, they thrive in the concept and storytelling phases, overseeing the production and rollout of designs. They build all their websites in Squarespace and have experience managing a retail store on Shopify. Currently, they handle social media for their clients, including EDM campaigns in Mailchimp. Proficient in Adobe CC, they can also create reels for social media. They are enthusiastic about driving internal culture and enjoy mentoring design teams, bringing a lot of energy and passion to their work.
