Senior Account Manager

Our client is an award-winning independent creative agency based on the North Shore of Auckland, who are passionate about building brands, products, and services that matter. They are looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on bringing all of those things together.

You will lead exciting client projects across branding, packaging, campaigns, digital and print. You will be the trusted partner that clients rely on, keeping projects moving, teams aligned and ideas turning into exceptional work. You’ll also be involved with leading internal marketing, communications and events—helping tell the agency’s story, celebrate the work and create memorable experiences for both clients and team.

The right person for this role will have 5+ years in an agency Account Management or Project Management role with experience across brand, packaging, campaigns or communications. You will have confidence managing multiple projects at once, be calm and productive under pressure and possess a natural ability to build relationships with clients and creative teams alike.
