Paid Social & Campaign Manager
Our client is a food-obsessed creative agency, known for making ads that make you drool. They are looking for an energetic, data-driven Paid Social & Campaign Manager to join their Ponsonby, Auckland based team.
With 2+ years of experience, ideally in an agency environment, and confidence with both Meta and TikTok Ads Manager, you will be the engine room of paid media performance within the agency. You will be experienced with Paid Media Implementation & Ads Management, including Full-Funnel Implementation, A/B Testing, Budget Management and Technical Setup.
Working with the Senior Lead to translate client briefs into actionable paid media plans, and work with the creative team to brief visual styles based on data findings.
You will take ownership of analysing campaign performance, monthly reports, extracting genuine insights that tell a story of how strategy impacted the client's business, and keep a pulse on what other FMCG and beverage brands are doing in the paid space to ensure clients stay ahead of the curve.
This is a client-facing role, you will be proven at building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Working closely with the Creative Director and Head of Social, you will be ready to step into a space where creative strategy and data meet, and keen to turn your hand to broader social requirements, including Influencer & Community Support and Digital Event Amplification.
