Marketing Manager

Our client provides an unmatched Japanese-inspired hospitality experience. Located in North Sydney, they are building up their internal marketing team and require an energetic leader to run all their marketing requirements.

They stand at the forefront of the hospitality industry in championing Japanese-inspired venues that seamlessly blend tradition with innovation. They take pride in delivering a portfolio of diverse cuisine and memorable gastronomic moments with renowned chefs.

Their footprint includes an array of pioneering concepts with a robust pipeline of projects poised for launch in the coming months and years which you will be part of creating.

In this role, you will utilise your full spectrum of marketing abilities spanning experiences in digital, social, experiential and content. You will be focused on leading a variety of projects spanning the F&B sector, creating memorable experiences across brands.

You will lead the development of a marketing and advertising strategy for this scale-up business – working to connect performance marketing, social media, creative merchandising campaigns, PR and affiliate marketing to a cohesive and deliverable strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage P&L through marketing budgets to drive core KPIs
  • Manage and optimise the calendar advertising budget across digital and offline channels
  • Manage strategy and reporting across digital press, traditional PR, influencers, affiliates, performance campaigns, and organic channels
  • Build automated email flows and drive sales with new and existing customers through email campaigns
  • Responsible for the strategy, and planning of monthly social media content creation and calendar, with a goal to grow social across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, YouTube etc.
  • Ensure consistent communication of campaigns through social, website & direct channels
  • Work with Creative to create all brand and creative assets.


As the perfect fit you will bring at least 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role with FMCG or F&B and have a track record of driving marketing and growth plans in a multi-channel organisation.
