Freelance Junior Copywriter (Social-first)

We have partnered with a large multi-brand business to build a freelance talent pool of social-first Junior to Mid Copywriters who can jump across campaigns and a variety of briefs as needed.

This company are on the lookout for skilled Junior or Mid adaptable, ideas-driven writers who are comfortable working at pace, think natively for social platforms and can support creative teams across multiple brands and projects as work comes through.

You will be supporting campaigns and always-on content across paid and organic social, writing short-form copy, hooks and captions that are built for performance and engagement.

The role

You will:

• Write social-first copy for paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Meta
• Create hooks, captions and short-form scripts for UGC and social content
• Support creative teams across multiple brands and briefs
• Adapt tone of voice and messaging quickly across different audiences and categories
• Work at pace and across changing priorities as projects arise

About you

You will ideally bring:

• Junior to mid-level copywriting experience with a strong focus on social content
• Platform-native thinking and an understanding of what performs on social
• Confidence writing short-form, performance-led copy
• The ability to jump between different brands and styles with ease
• A proactive, flexible and collaborative working style
• Award School would be a nice-to-have
