Content Creative 

Are you a creative, social-first Content Creator? This role is ideal for a natural storyteller who can identify compelling narratives, create engaging content quickly, and confidently represent the brand both behind and in front of the camera. 

You will be responsible for concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing content across social and digital channels, helping bring the people, projects, innovations, and purpose behind the business to life. You are a proactive, self-starting creator who combines creativity with execution. Someone who is naturally curious, thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys meeting people, and can confidently tell stories both behind and in front of the camera. You are passionate about social media, able to build strong relationships across the business, and excited by the opportunity to help audiences better understand the role energy plays in everyday life. 

Content Creation and Production

  • Strong experience shooting and editing social-first content for platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficient with mobile and camera-based content capture.
  • Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Ability to create high-quality content with quick turnaround times.

 

Storytelling

  • Exceptional storytelling instincts and an ability to identify engaging stories within everyday business activities.
  • Ability to translate complex topics into accessible, entertaining, and informative content.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices.

 

On-Camera Presence

  • Comfortable and confident appearing on camera as a presenter, interviewer, or host.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage employees, customers, partners, and stakeholders on camera.
  • Able to deliver content naturally and authentically while representing the brand.

 

Collaboration

  • Proven ability to work closely with social media managers and wider marketing teams to develop and execute content plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable taking creative direction while proactively contributing new ideas.

 

Bonus Experience

  • Experience working in-house for a brand, publisher, or agency.
  • Photography skills.
  • Experience creating content around technology, infrastructure, sustainability, utilities, science, or purpose-led industries.
