Account Manager

Our client is a unique group of companies, operating as one, specialising in transforming ideas into innovative and immersive brand experiences. Located in Marrickville, Sydney, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support their clients and internal teams.  This role offers a hybrid working.

In this role, you will play a key role in your client team supporting the planning, designing, administrative, executing and buying process for your designated client portfolio. Working directly with your client/s as an extension of their business, to get amazing results.  Your clients will range across several sectors, including food & beverage, Liquor, Beauty, Consumer Electronics and Automotive to name a few.  Your projects will cover everything from creative design, project and program management, 3PL & Logistics, Print, Production, Installations, Trade Shows, Software & large-scale fixture & field sales programs. With this variety, you will never have a dull day in this role.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  •       Management of client work from brief to execution, including ongoing WIP’s and updates
  •       Liaising with internal teams on executions
  •       Planning and scheduling
  •       Financial and administrative governance (with support from leaders)
  •       Build strong and successful working relationships with your team & clients
  •       Weekly monitoring of all work-related activities within your client portfolios

 

As the perfect fit, you will be passionate and positive, and bring at least 3-4 years of experience in an Account Manager role within a marketing and/or consulting agency and have a track record of successful client relationships and campaign deliveries in a fast-paced environment. It goes without saying you will be highly organised, have a high level of interpersonal and communications skills, be presentable and have excellent time-management and budgeting skills, along with strong attention to detail. Planning and organising will be second nature to you.
