Intermediate Graphic Designer

About the role:
As a highly creative Intermediate Designer, you will play a central role in shaping the visual identity of this companies’ brands. You will craft visual assets that bring product stories to life while ensuring brand consistency across all touch points. You will assist with creative execution across photography, pitching decks, digital showroom assets, social content, and more. Working closely with Global Marketing and other key teams, you will translate product narratives into visually engaging work that aligns with brand strategy.
What you will do:
Design and Content Creation
Design Development: Create and develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines across digital assets, print collateral, and brand campaigns.
Briefs: Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teams.
Prototypes and Mockups: Produce prototypes, mock-ups, and wireframes to visualise design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Image and Video Editing: Handle colour correction and grading for images and videos where required.
Packaging: Make minor updates to existing packaging artwork.
Collaboration and Leadership
Team Coordination: Work closely with the Design Leads and Design Project Manager to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
Leadership Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow and refine their skills.
Project Leadership: Take the lead on design projects when needed, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.
Conceptualisation and Innovation: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table. Lead and actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions, proposing solutions that align with project goals and market trends.
Skill Development & Innovation
Creative Opportunities: Identify and suggest creative opportunities within the Pet Vertical.

Who Are We Looking For?
7+ years of experience in UX/UI and product design, ideally within agency and/or product environments.
Proven experience collaborating closely with development teams to deliver scalable, high-quality digital experiences.
Experience in design operations and in setting up the foundational systems and principles that help design teams grow and scale with consistency.
Strong knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and component-based workflows.
Proficiency in Adobe, Figma, Miro, Fig Jam, and other modern design collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and design best practices.
Strong communication and presentation skills and can lead workshops and presentations.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and can improve design processes and systems.
Experience leading or mentoring other designers.

Project Manager
