There are 18 offices globally and a team of over 5000 passionate, ambitious, and incredibly talented individuals. They have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the team as Senior Social & Content Manager across their Baby vertical, based in their Ponsonby, Auckland office.

The strategic content marketing leader is responsible for setting and executing a best-in-class content strategy that drives brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes for the brand. This role leads global content development across paid and owned channels, ensuring content excellence that supports long-term brand equity and short-term performance goals.

You will own end-to-end management of Global Content Campaigns, from ideating ideas aligned with Brand objectives to translating insights into compelling strategies across scrappy and polished content formats and lead owned channel strategy and oversee execution across TikTok, Instagram, Website, Facebook, and EDM by driving audience growth through best-in-class content delivery that improves community engagement and sentiment, overseeing content planning for all channels including content calendars, copywriting, and creative execution.

The right person for the role will have 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, brand, or social media management, ideally with exposure to global or fast-paced brands, and be passionate about storytelling and brand building, with a commercial mindset and eye for creative detail. You will be confident in using data and insights to test, report, and refine content strategies with the proven ability to plan and deliver content campaigns end-to-end, from strategy through to optimisation.

Your finger on the pulse, you will have an awareness of pop culture, social trends, and platform innovation, with the ability to turn them into relevant, brand-right content.
