Senior Performance Manager

Our client is a highly successful, fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand located in Alexandria, Sydney.  This is a senior-level role, where you will work in-house full-time, driving the brand's digital marketing strategy across paid, social, and search channels.

Focused on accelerating growth, this role will lead the charge in increasing traffic, conversions, and return on investment through high-impact, data-driven performance campaigns.

You will guide a team of digital specialists, unifying the brand's digital portfolio to deliver cohesive, results-focused initiatives.  A strong background in e-commerce is essential, along with a passion for driving measurable results in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment.

This role carries direct accountability for revenue growth, media efficiency, and digital contribution to total business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute high-impact digital performance strategies across all digital channels.
  • Continuously optimise channel mix and spend allocation to maximise performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop robust media plans and performance forecasts to meet growth targets and ROI expectations.
  • Stay ahead of digital performance marketing trends; leverage emerging platforms and tools to drive competitive advantage.

 

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Lead the planning, execution, and real-time optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Utilise A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to continuously refine campaigns based on data insights.
  • Manage PPC strategies to ensure traffic acquisition and conversion growth.
  • Coordinate campaign activities with internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and KPIs.

 

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Utilise Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms to track KPIs, conversion data, and ROI.
  • Develop automated performance dashboards and provide in-depth reports with actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Budget Management & ROI Optimisation

  • Manage the digital performance marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient spending with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Monitor budget utilisation, proactively reallocating resources based on campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly financial summaries, providing variance analyses and ROI breakdowns.
