Senior Art Director

Are you a mid to senior level Art Director with strong design skills?  We have an exciting role with a global business that could suit you.

Our client is looking for a talented and ambitious Art Director to play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of this company and their sub-brands.

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days of the week working onsite in their London studio and 2 days at home.

This will be a busy and invigorating role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with the Creative Director to develop campaigns with particular emphasis on digital, including websites, and social – from pre-brief, through strategic development and creative execution. Executing these large campaigns will be the main focus of the work.  We are looking to see a strong portfolio of work that reflects your experience in this space.

You are no stranger to being on set, coordinating and directing high profile global shoots, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to get the best out of shoot crews/talent.

Along with the direction, this role does require someone who is also a hands-on designer - you will be proficient in using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Any motion/video editing will be a bonus.

Leadership is a key part of the role – you will continually inspire, support, motivate, direct and lead a high-performing creative team. Key to that is the ability to maintain a positive work environment and working relationships at all times. You will act as a mentor, overseeing their ideas and continued development and lead the team and client brainstorming sessions to develop innovative and creative marketing experiences.
