Senior Account Manager – Experiential 

Our client is a retail agency using shopper insight, smart creative and award-winning design to influence choice. They are looking for an Experiential Senior Account Manager to join their team. 

As an Experiential Senior Account Manager, you will be the operational and strategic partner to the Experiential Director - working as a tight, high-performing team of two. You will drive the day-to-day management of experiential and activation projects across multiple clients, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.

This role blends client service, creative collaboration, production oversight, logistics, and on-the- ground activation management. You will confidently lead projects end-to-end, present ideas, manage BA teams, and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and internal teams. You are proactive, commercially-minded, calm under pressure, and thrive in a fast-moving environment where every day is different. Most importantly, you are energised by creating engaging, disruptive brand experiences that truly connect with people. 

The right person for this role will have 3–4+ years of experience in account management/production within creative, experiential or activation agencies, with a strong understanding of experiential production, onsite logistics, and BA/field team management. 

You will have excellent project management and time management skills, be confident leading client conversations, presenting ideas, and owning projects and possess proven commercial acumen - budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation, and revenue growth.
