You will be a proven specialist in Meta, overseeing the performance and growth for a range clients. The ideal person will also have a strong eye for content and design. You will be data driven, but understand how creative influences results, not just the numbers.

You will be comfortable reviewing campaign structure, optimisation approach, audience strategy, and creative performance, and be able to give practical recommendations rather than theory.

It is a preference that you come from an agency background and are used to the pace of managing multiple clients' priorities at once.
