Graphic Design Intermediate

Are you an ambitious and creative designer with constant ideas on the go and can create amazing content across multiple mediums?

You are a creative hybrid, able to drive content from conception through to execution. You are comfortable creating ideas and executing them at a high standard. You may be a pro at Premiere Pro, have a great eye behind the camera or know how to create bespoke content or animation that drives clicks on socials.

You are comfortable generating ideas on your own or as part of a wider team - collaborating with creatives and clients to make your content even sharper. You see obstacles as creative problems to solve, and you can confidently add value in brainstorms or pitch your ideas. You love to see your ideas come to life and have fantastic creative project management skills.

You will have two or more years of experience in content creation for clients, delivering innovative work to meet both financial and creative objectives, while maintaining a high standard of content execution. You love to stay up to date with social trends and all things creative and continue to grow and collaborate with the people around you.

You will be a creative hybrid, able to wear multiple hats. Whether your content creation is supplemented by Art Direction, Animation, Copywriting or your Editing skills - if you are someone driven to produce content that wins hearts and minds, we want to hear from you.

Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years in a creative production role or as a content creative
  • Strong understanding of social media (trends and metrics)
  • Understanding and ability to make social videos that perform (basic understanding of social metrics and how to optimise videos to improve these metrics)
  • Finger on the pulse. Can identify current trends and execute them yourself at
    high quality
  • Experience shooting and experience using a range of professional video equipment
  • Experienced editor, able to tell stories and shape content in different styles and tones
    of voice.
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects (Capcut highly regarded)
  • Adobe CC
  • Experience working with clients or collaborating within an agency setting
  • Experience taking a creative from concept all the way through to completion, and being able to communicate your process to others clearly
  • Highly creative person with great ideas and communication skills
