E-commerce Marketing
Our client is an online boutique / specific clothing business that is looking for a mid level ecommerce and marketing specialist to look after this brand.
This is a fully remote standalone role, you will be comfortable managing all aspects of this small ecommerce business on the day to day.
Skills Required:
- Experience in e-commerce and omni-channel retail (DTC, wholesale, collaborations and partnerships)
- Strong financial literacy and commercial decision-making skills
- Experience running a lean operation
- Passion for premium product, storytelling, and sustainable, community-driven brands
- Ability to identify market opportunities and sustainably scale a business
Role Responsibilities:
- Run all day-to-day operations of the business with minimal founder involvement
- Lead and manage a small team, including a Freelance Production Manager, Part-time Designer, various remote freelance content creators and photographers
- Set and monitor KPIs for the business and each team member aligned with growth targets
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative culture while working remotely
- Act as the key operational decision-maker across the business, with periodic reporting and key decisions being made with the founder
- Develop and deliver a commercially sound annual business plan and growth strategy, identifying where and how to grow profitably across channels
- Expand and manage wholesale accounts, including new stockists
- Maintain strong financial oversight of the business, including budgeting and forecasting, monitoring margins/costs/profitability across all channels
- Oversee forecasting, stock planning, and inventory management in relation to production timelines
- Coordinate with warehouse partners to ensure smooth fulfilment
- Oversee marketing strategy and execution, including paid advertising
