Our client is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to spearhead their clients' digital marketing initiatives. Your expertise will shine as you navigate a constantly evolving landscape, delivering exceptional cross-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, work alongside the client services and marketing team and oversee the execution of innovative marketing strategies across traditional and digital platforms.
Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-channel media campaigns from planning through execution
- Oversee traditional and digital media strategies, ensuring fully integrated campaigns
- Design and execute targeted thought leadership campaigns
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Implement search engine marketing campaigns to increase online visibility
- Develop PPC advertising, social media, and email marketing strategies
- Create content calendars aligning with product launches and key marketing messages
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights
About You:
- 4+ years of experience in digital, digital marketing and media related
- Strong background in managing media campaigns across multiple channels (offline and digital)
- Advanced technical skills in setting up and managing ads across various platforms
- Sound knowledge of SEO, PPC marketing, and social media campaign management
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Prowess with PPC marketing, primarily Google Ads
- Strong experience with Meta including setting up, managing and optimising campaigns
- Strong communication, project management, multi-tasking, and decision making skills
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or similar CRM’s desirable
- Experience in team management and mentoring junior staff members
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Agency experience highly desirable
