Digital Marketing Manager

With offices in both Belrose, North Shore  and in Sydney CBD, you will work from both locations.  They are a leading hospitality organisation with a diverse portfolio that spans restaurants, hotels, and retail ventures. They are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team and lead the digital initiatives, helping elevate the online presence and strengthen the brand across digital platforms.

Role Overview:


As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing the digital marketing campaigns, optimising the website’s performance, and driving customer engagement through social media and paid advertising. Your expertise in digital platforms, storytelling, trend analysis, and data analytics will be crucial in shaping the online presence of our diverse hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Xiaohonshu and LinkedIn.

Brand Voice - Maintain and enhance the Group’s brand voice across all social channels.

Social Media Advertising - Develop and manage paid social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.

SEO/SEM Optimization - Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

Analytics & Reporting - Analyse digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush. Provide actionable insights to optimise strategies and maximize ROI.

Website Management - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure websites are updated, functional, and user-friendly, with a focus on improving user experience and conversion rates.

Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams and external creative partners to align digital strategies with broader marketing and brand objectives.

E-newsletters - Manage and create monthly e-newsletters to engage the subscriber base, ensuring alignment with social media campaigns and promotional activities.

 About You:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the hospitality, food and beverage industry.
  • Exceptional creative and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for food, trends, and creating an engaging brand presence.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress. Basic graphic design or video editing experience.
