Digital Marketing Director

They are looking for an experienced marketeer to join their passionate London based team as their Digital Marketing Director/Head of Digital Marketing. This person will be crucial in driving their digital growth and expanding their brand presence globally. This role has big responsibilities, therefore they are looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in senior digital marketing roles with a focus on paid marketing functions and ideally within premium lifestyle brands.

It is key for this person to bring proven experience taking a small/medium sized company (£5m-£15m) and growing them to being larger sized (£25m-£100m) within the online retail space.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative digital marketing strategies that will drive towards global growth objectives and align with their mission.
  • Identify new opportunities, target audiences, and channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Manage 2-3 direct reports.
  • Manage the marketing budget in order to allocate, forecast, and optimise the spend across various digital channels to maximise return on investment and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the execution of paid marketing functions, including campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.
  • Leverage your expertise in premium lifestyle brands to create impactful and innovative paid marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage daily operations across digital marketing channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing.
  • Continuously monitor channel performance, optimise campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of compelling ad campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the messaging and visuals align with our brand identity.
  • Develop and implement effective sponsorship and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, reach new audiences, and drive engagement. Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and industry partners to amplify our brand message.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, improve customer targeting, and drive continuous growth and profitability.

 

This role will require a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills as you work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to align marketing strategies with brand vision and product offerings. You will also be confident and effective when it comes to conveying ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

This role offers a hybrid working model with 2 days of working from home on offer with the rest of the time onsite in their Kensington office.
