Digital Customer Experience – 3 – 6 Month Contract

Are you looking for a 3 – 6 month contract role, located in Newmarket, Auckland working hybrid 2 days inhouse / 3 days remote.

This in-house brand is looking for a content specialist, who has the website and digital experience - confident to go in to the website backend and make changes where required.   You will be creating and dealing with software and improving CX systems and web automation, and designing microsite and content management, along with automations and reporting on conversions. You will contribute to a campaign by aligning digital platforms for response.

On the day to day you will write briefs, scripts, web pages, websites and digital templates. You can create strategy for web, manage the content and functionality, and keep the content customer focused, including overseeing and updating social media.

You have the experience working with designers and developers and the wider digital communication, along with strong expertise in understanding how to maximise the potential of data, social media communications and marketing opportunities. You will be proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud using a PC and have a good understanding of cloud-based systems, WordPress, Webflow and SilverStripe development and coding.

On a day to day you will be working across:

  • Writing briefs, procurement plans, webpages, video scripts, and other digital templates.
  • Development, testing and deployment of all digital communication to their audiences in line with objectives and deliverables set out by the marketing team
  • Update and maintain the website, associated website and microsites to promote products/service
  • Assist with design and strategy for the desired website experience for the customer and learner in terms of content, interaction and journey
  • Manage developers, software and digital innovation
  • Database Management, CRM, Marketing Automation
  • Maintenance and management of databases of internal staff, learners, employers, and industries.
  • Oversee and manage website content and functionality and maintenance of campaign micro-sites and associated digital properties.
